Brewing Instructions, serve Hot or Cold.
Hot Tea: Place 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea in strainer. Add 8 oz. of boiling water. Steep 5 - 7 minutes. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
Iced Tea: Use twice the amount of tea and steep twice as long. Pour over ice and stir briskly. Add additional ice. Garnish & sweeten to taste. Makes an excellent ice tea.
